The following are our standard cure time:

-      Working time : Approx. 14 minutes at 72℉(22℃)

-      Fixture time : Approx. 28 minutes at 72℉(22℃)

However, we can customize our products to meet customer’s required cure time.  If faster cure adhesives are required for an automated product lines, we can formulate it up to 16 minutes cure time. Simply inform us of your required cure time at the time of your order.

Longer shelf life is another main factor for consistent product quality and high bonding strength. To produce and maintain our products with longer shelf life than others, our R&D team continuously focuses on improving the properties. Normal estimated shelf life is 2 years. However, it lasts longer (approx. additional year) when stored in a refrigerator. In order to maintain longer shelf life, please follow the directions below.

a.    Keep them in the cool place. We recommend to store in a refrigerator. Elevated temperature reduces the shelf life significantly.

b.    Do not expose them to any direct sun light and moisture.

Invisible seam is one of the most important factors in appearance of the final finished products. We recommend you to follow the detailed instructions in “Sheet Fabrication Procedure” from our website under “Tech Support”.

a.    Always choose high quality adhesives and well matched color. Generally, poor quality adhesives will result in poor strength seam and poor seam appearance. High quality adhesives can even cover small mistakes made by unskilled workers.

b.    Select the right adhesive color from our color reference charts in “Tech Support” in our web site, www.confiad.us.

c.    Use quality surfacing products that are consistent in color.  Color fluctuation of the surfacing sheets can result in poor seam appearance.

While shipping time may vary depending on your location, normal shipping time for our standard colors is 3 to 5 days from the date of your order.  Customized colors generally will take longer but will not exceed 10 days. We use UPS as our shipping carrier, unless otherwise requested. We are also certified for hazardous goods, we can also ship by air, if necessary.
