If your ConfiAd®Solid Surface was installed in a matte finish, the basic rule of thumb is to only use a mild abrasive with a blue or green Scotch Brite® pad.
If your ConfiAd®Solid Surface was installed in a high-gloss finish, stick with ammonia based glass cleaner like 409® and do not use any pad for high-gloss finish.
ConfiAd®Solid Surfacesare naturally heat-resistant and will remain stable and undamaged up to 100℃(212℉).
However, prolonged or extreme heat and flame can damage the surfaces.
Although the damage can be repaired in most cases, we would recommend you to use a heat pad/trivet or install stainless steel rails where hot pans or pots can be placed.
